Terms and conditions applies for orders via our website and phone
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering as these terms will apply to any orders you place. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, an order should not be placed
We reserve the right to refuse your order or booking should it be necessary without specificying

ORDERING
Your order confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the order on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.
We offer a charged delivery service within 5 miles of EH52 6EE, subject to minimum order. If you reside further than 5 miles of our address please contact us via e-mail before placing your order.
Minimum order value applies for delivery. You will be notified when you reach the basket if your order is below the minimum value.
Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in £ sterling.
If you place an order via our site, you will be presented with confirmation on your screen that your order has been received.
Confirmation of your order will be sent to the email provided when ordering. Please make sure that the email address, home address and telephone number you provide are correct and in proper working order, as these are required to fulfil your order. If appropriate details are not provided or if we contact you and receive no response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY TIMES
Collection orders are ready in store usually within 50 minutes, subject to availability. Our estimated time for delivery is 50 minutes to 90 minutes, at busy periods the wait may be longer
Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as, high demand and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this.

LATEST ORDER TIME
We are unable to accept orders online either delivery or collection less than 40 minutes before the stated closing time. Should you have any questions, please call us 01506 238150
We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the store prior to closing time.

PRODUCTS & ALLERGY
All products are subject to availability. In most cases, we will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.

Please note that we do not have a dedicated preparation or cooking area in our premises for vegetarian food.
Although every care is taken, some of our products contain allergens such as wheat, rye, barley, oats, crustaceans, prawns, egg, fish, lupin, milk/yoghurt, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soya beans, sulphur dioxide and sulphates. Some products may also contain bones or pits which must be removed by the customer prior to consumption. Some of our products will be marked with a food colouring/contain food colouring

Prices are as quoted on our menus, website and may change from time to time, although changes will not affect orders already placed (unless due to a technical error).

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & AMENDMENTS
Cancellation or amendments to the order can be made within 10 minutes of placing your order. After 10 minutes there will be a full charge and refunds cannot be provided. Amendments to your order may incur charges, please contact us immediately
We will issue a refund which may take up to 10 working days.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes we made to these terms and conditions will be posted on this page. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions at the time that you order.
